PowerPoint a software package designed to create electronic presentations consisting of a series of separate pages or slides. Learn more in making your PowerPoint presentation more interesting and attractive to your audience.
First your background, background is one of the reasons why your presentation is more attractive and unique. We use light background to avoid distraction to the eyes of the audience and make sure that your background is unique and attractive yet easy to see. We use different fonts but frequently we use Time New Roman, Arial or any font that the audience or viewers cannot be distracted. For the font size, commonly we use 20 and for the title we use 36 and should be in “bold”, we use capitalized letters if it’s necessary. Second the slides animation and transition, in making slides animation we usually use the 3seconds and for transition we usually use 0.50 to 1 second. We can also use hyperlinking to make your PowerPoint presentation easier. By using hyperlinking you don’t need to go back to the slide and discuss, instead you will just click sticker, shape or picture for you to get back to a specific slide. In order for you to hyperlink your slide just go back to the second slide then look for links then click action. To avoid misunderstanding in your presentation just write the important words or key words and get rid of unnecessary words. Lastly the contrast, aside from background, animation and transition, and hyperlinking we can also put a contrast to look our presentation more interesting, just make sure that your font is readable by either placing a border or a casting shadow around it. Your contrast should be sharply contrast with your background.
In conclusion, content, background, animation and transition, and contrast is not that easy to do yet it is useful for us in presenting a presentation. And it makes your presentation more interesting and attractive.
